Orders & Payments
Do I have to register to place an order?
No, you can also order as a guest . However, registering has advantages: You can complete orders faster, view your order history, and avoid having to re-enter your information.
What payment methods are available?
We offer you the following secure payment options:
- PayPal
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Klarna (installment purchase, invoice, instant bank transfer)
- Bank transfer
Can I change or cancel my order later?
Unfortunately not. Once you've placed your order, processing will begin immediately. If you need additional items, please place a new order .
I haven't received an order confirmation - what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If you don't find a confirmation there, contact us at info@livamin.de and we'll help you further.
Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
We process your order immediately after receiving it. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Delivery times are:
- Germany : 2–5 working days
- Europe : 4–8 working days
- International : 7–14 business days
How can I track my shipment?
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number . You can enter this number on the shipping provider's website to check the current status.
My order is marked as “delivered,” but I haven’t received anything – what should I do?
Please check the following points:
- Was the package delivered to a neighbor?
- Is there a notification card in your mailbox?
- Was the delivery address entered correctly?
If you still can't find your package, send us an email to info@livamin.de so that we can resolve the issue with the shipping service provider.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return an order?
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt . Feel free to contact us using our contact form or send us an email directly to info@livamin.de .
What are the return conditions?
- The item must be unworn, undamaged and with tags attached .
- The return must be made in the original packaging .
- Return period: 14 days after receipt of the order.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs (except for damaged or incorrectly delivered items).
When will I receive my money after a return?
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it within 3 business days . If everything is in order, you'll receive your refund within 10 business days using your original payment method.
I received a damaged shipment - what should I do?
We're sorry! Please take a clear photo of the damage and send it along with your order number to info@livamin.de . We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible and offer you either a refund or an exchange .
Can I exchange items?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order .

My desired item is sold out - when will it be available again?
Some of our items are very popular and sell out quickly. Simply sign up with your email address on the product page , and we'll automatically notify you as soon as the item is back in stock.
